13th Find a business against sweets
When you get a taste of a sweet tooth, clean your teeth, you go for a short walk or try to work with the psyche.
Take a deep breath and tell yourself that you are doing the best for themselves, and therefore do not need to have a sweet tooth.
Also, you can imagine words like happy, slim, and healthy. Or create a mental image of your ideal weight, size and character and focus on it.
14th Eat your last meal before dark
It is shown that when sunlight hits our retina, that sends a message to our liver, which then effectively metabolize fats.
15th Limit TV
Do not watch TV more than 10 hours a week.
16th Dress your slim jeans
Tight jeans are in fact the best predictor of weight gain.
If you wear loose clothing, hard to know that you discreetly "stuck" two or three extra pounds.
17th Find alternate
Replace junk food healthy options. You do not have to give up anything, just enjoy healthier version of the same and I do not understand the diet as a renunciation.
